Senior Account Manager, SLED accounts
Kaseya is seeking a high-impact Senior Account Manager to drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio, focusing on State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts. This role is centered on unlocking growth opportunities, deepening client partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes through strategic account management. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, takes ownership of results, and remains highly coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include owning and executing expansion strategies by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned portfolio. The Senior Account Manager will develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor by aligning Kaseya’s solutions to customer business objectives. Additionally, the role involves building and executing tailored account plans, monitoring product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value, and taking full ownership of revenue targets. Collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams is essential to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure successful onboarding, expansion, and retention.
The position requires 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience. Preferred qualifications include experience working with SLED businesses in a sales or relationship-driven role, demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
