Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will take full strategic ownership of a global B2B affiliate ecosystem, moving beyond simple management to architect a comprehensive growth engine. This role offers the unique opportunity to design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks that redefine scaling processes. As the primary owner of the platform, the manager will directly influence the company’s bottom line by optimizing commission structures, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and curating high-impact partnerships across multi-language markets. Collaborating closely with creative teams, the manager will ensure the brand’s narrative is high-converting and compliant, positioning themselves as a pivotal leader in a sophisticated, data-driven SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive global affiliate strategy aligned with overall company growth and revenue objectives. The manager will own performance goals for the affiliates function, ensuring adherence to target performance metrics. Managing the affiliate platform encompasses tracking, reporting, and commission payments, as well as designing and implementing AI-driven automation frameworks within the affiliate space. Additionally, the role involves strategically curating a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem, optimizing the affiliate commission structure to maximize ROAS and lifetime value (LTV), and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with top-performing affiliates through proactive communication and support.
The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global, multi-language setting. A deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics is essential, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
