Senior AI Deployment Architect
As a Senior AI Deployment Architect at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with customers to understand their challenges and design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions using our Process Intelligence platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product & Engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM), to standardize these solutions and deliver them at scale. In this position, your key responsibilities will include pitching the Celonis AI value proposition to customers and aligning our solutions with their AI strategies. You will prototype, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, encompassing both traditional machine learning and large language model (LLM)-based solutions. Additionally, you will identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, drive innovation, and expand our offerings. Collaborating closely with Product & Engineering and Business Applications teams, you will inform future product development based on customer feedback. Training internal teams to position and deploy AI solutions will also be a part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful real-world applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are required, along with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Experience in production-level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions is also important. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field is required.
