Senior AI Solutions Engineer
As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's internal AI transformation. Reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will be instrumental in building the infrastructure that scales innovative AI ideas into reality. This position serves as the bridge between Lighthouse's expanding AI capabilities and the core SaaS platforms that underpin internal operations, ensuring that AI initiatives are both architecturally sound and scalable.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing robust integrations between AI functionalities and key SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack. You will create reusable integration patterns and architectural blueprints to facilitate efficient deployment of AI solutions across various teams. Additionally, you will build and maintain the automation infrastructure that supports AI-driven processes, act as a technical partner to AI Transformation Leads by translating business needs into detailed implementation plans, prototype new AI solutions to assess technical feasibility, and ensure all AI integrations comply with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR and SOC 2 requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade services or integrations. Proficiency with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI is essential. Familiarity with the APIs and data models of major enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Jira is advantageous. Strong architectural judgment, a solid understanding of modern integration patterns including REST APIs and event-driven architectures, and experience working in cross-functional roles that bridge business and technology are also required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
