Senior AI Success Manager
The Senior AI Success Manager at Braze is a pivotal role within the AI Success team, dedicated to ensuring customers achieve optimal results with Braze's AI-driven solutions. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions, while also contributing to product development by acting as the voice of the customer.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining meaningful relationships across customer organizations, working with implementation and data science teams to drive the success of AI use cases, and collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue renewal and upsell opportunities. The role also involves conducting data analyses using tools like Excel and SQL, providing data-driven presentations on Braze's business impact, and guiding customers through troubleshooting processes.
The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and seeking creative solutions to challenges. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trust-based relationships with clients, coupled with the ability to have direct, challenging conversations when necessary. Analytical skills are crucial, with the capability to draw insights from raw data and perform clear, helpful analyses for customers. A passion for new technologies and their potential impact on business practices is also important. Prior experience in strategy consulting is preferred, and familiarity with data science or machine learning is a strong plus. The role requires up to 20% travel to customer sites.
