Senior Analyst, Disclosure Reporting- Fixed Assets
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Analyst for Disclosure Reporting in Fixed Assets to join our operations accounting team. This team is integral to managing the financial aspects of our rapidly expanding AI cloud infrastructure, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Treasury, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, Leasing, Legal, and Tax, to oversee and provide visibility into the company's computing and supporting assets.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated cash flow statements for investing activities and drafting fixed asset footnote disclosures and management discussion and analysis for public filings. You will operationalize and enhance reporting processes to support operational decisions, improve internal and external reporting scalability, and adapt reporting procedures to incorporate new financing transactions. Collaboration with accounting peers to refine supporting processes and information flows is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Professional qualifications such as ACA, CPA, CMA, or CA are preferred, along with public accounting experience and familiarity with NetSuite. A process- and data-driven mindset, strong analytical judgment, proactive and organized approach, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning, are also required.
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
