Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations at Spring Health plays a pivotal role within the Revenue Intelligence function, focusing on analyzing and reporting the performance of the Revenue Organization. This position involves collaborating with the Revenue Operations team and key stakeholders, such as Revenue Leadership and Finance, to set goals, identify performance patterns, and recommend improvements. The role reports to the Associate Director of Sales & Customer Success Operations and is fully remote, with occasional travel for team or company events.
Key responsibilities include managing recurring reports like Board Decks and Business Reviews, developing analytical models to forecast future performance based on historical data, and partnering with the Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting efficiency. The analyst is also expected to proactively assess data trends and gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership and data management teams, and serve as a subject matter expert on Revenue Organization data for various internal partners.
Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in operations or analyst roles such as Consulting, FP&A, RevOps, or BizOps. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including building complex analytical models, is essential. Familiarity with Go-To-Market metrics like Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, and Quota Attainment is required. The role also demands strong analytical skills, the ability to construct models from high-level briefs, and experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly in reporting and dashboards.
Spring Health offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $106,400 to $131,000, inclusive of stock options and benefits.
