Senior Applied AI Engineer (Value Engineering) - EMEA/UKIE
Celonis is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join its Value Engineering team, focusing on the EMEA/UKIE region. This role involves collaborating with Global Competency Centers (GCCs) to drive data-driven business transformations using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform. The position is based in Bangalore, India, and offers an opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies globally.
The Senior Applied AI Engineer will work closely with GCC customers to identify core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve their objectives. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, providing technical and product expertise, and acting as a trusted advisor. The role also involves collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation and creating reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
Key qualifications for this role include over five years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider is preferred. Proficiency in business software applications like SAP, experience with RPA or BI tools, and hands-on experience with SQL and Python are advantageous. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management are essential.
