Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect - Process Intelligence (Public Sector)
The Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect at Celonis is a pivotal role focused on collaborating with strategic public sector clients to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex operational challenges. This position involves leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence platform in conjunction with leading AI technologies to deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include identifying high-impact AI opportunities by understanding customer priorities, designing scalable AI-powered solutions that integrate the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies, and prototyping these solutions to demonstrate their value to stakeholders. The role also involves facilitating workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions to explore AI transformation opportunities, partnering with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption, and developing deep domain expertise in industries such as supply chain and finance.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture or AI roles. They should possess the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions, communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders, and have a good understanding of business processes across sectors such as supply chain or finance. Proficiency in prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks, familiarity with generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems, and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields are also required.
