Senior Applied AI Solutions Consultant
As a Senior Applied AI Solutions Consultant at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI to deliver measurable business value. Utilizing Celonis' Process Intelligence platform alongside leading AI and ML technologies, you will prototype solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption to expand Celonis' footprint within client organizations.
Key responsibilities include working closely with enterprise customers to identify strategic priorities and operational challenges where AI can provide measurable value. You will design scalable AI solution architectures that integrate the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies, rapidly build prototypes to demonstrate tangible outcomes, and facilitate workshops and innovation sessions to explore new AI transformation opportunities. Additionally, you will partner with customer teams to ensure successful implementation and develop deep expertise in specific industries or business domains to scale knowledge across the organization.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture or AI roles. You should enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions, effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders, and have a solid understanding of business processes across sectors such as supply chain or finance. Proficiency in prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks, familiarity with generative AI architectures, and holding a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields are essential.
