Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or have equivalent professional work experience. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant media work experience, particularly in digital media, is required. Strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics are essential. Knowledge of ad server technology, primarily Google Campaign Manager, and familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, and SQL are advantageous. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as an understanding of media industry research tools, is also beneficial.
