Senior Business Development Manager
Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a leader in AI-driven commercial strategy for the hospitality industry, Lighthouse transforms extensive hotel data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to optimize revenue. In this role, you will define and execute multi-year sales strategies for key accounts, aligning with our business objectives and enhancing brand equity. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, coordinating sales strategies across departments, maintaining detailed account plans, and leveraging existing client relationships to build enterprise opportunities. You will be expected to build a pipeline delivering $400k-$800k in annual revenue, effectively qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful post-deal implementation and high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing, and possesses at least five years of progressive experience in business development within the hospitality technology sector. This includes substantial experience in new business development and establishing C-level relationships with local and regional decision-makers in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in SaaS and DaaS delivery models, enterprise deal management practices, and tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite is essential.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of $130,249. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
