Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships
Webflow is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships, to spearhead strategic collaborations with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Slack, Zapier, PayPal, and OneTrust. This remote-first role is integral to Webflow's mission of empowering teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and offers a dynamic opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory.
In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination. You will lead the entire lifecycle of new strategic partnerships—from strategy and sourcing to contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management. Collaboration with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, is essential to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably within a high-growth software company. A proven track record in driving strategic, multi-year partnerships across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams is essential. Experience in identifying, scoping, and launching successful product integrations leveraging APIs or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is highly desirable.
Compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. In the United States, base salaries range from $161,500 to $230,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program and equity (RSUs).
