Senior Business Operations Manager

Braze is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and integrating new technologies within our rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include implementing automation to streamline workflows, leading the execution of go-to-market initiatives such as new product introductions and major product launches, and managing strategic programs from inception to completion. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date process documentation and providing data-driven insights to leadership to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations or program management within the SaaS industry. They should be proactive and capable of shaping strategy with limited oversight, possess exceptional analytical skills, and have a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
