Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations
Webflow is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance AI integration across the organization. This role involves managing the enterprise AI tool stack, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions, and developing frameworks to optimize team performance through AI.
Key responsibilities include administering and governing AI tools such as Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and n8n. The analyst will provision access, manage user seats, monitor usage and costs, and ensure seamless operation. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new AI applications, creating clear specifications for the Enterprise AI Operations team, and developing scalable frameworks to promote AI adoption across all teams. The analyst will also support the development lifecycle of AI agents, conduct intake reviews, scope projects, maintain backlogs, lead company-wide enablement initiatives, and act as a liaison between IT, Security, Finance, and business units regarding AI tools and governance.
Candidates should have over four years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within a SaaS or tech environment. Proficiency in administering enterprise generative AI tools, including user provisioning, usage monitoring, cost management, and policy enforcement, is essential. The role requires demonstrated experience in gathering requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable specifications for engineering or operations teams. Experience in developing and implementing enablement programs, documentation, or training that led to measurable adoption of new tools or workflows is also required.
The position offers a competitive salary, with compensation tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The base pay ranges for this role are structured into zones based on geographic markets, with specific base pay determined by the candidate's location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts varying by career level and payouts based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
