Senior Capture Manager - Defense

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire business development lifecycle, from creating technical materials to managing the capture process through contract award. Key responsibilities include developing pitch decks, capability briefs, white papers, and responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, the Senior Capture Manager serves as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and translates customer requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, Business, or International Relations, along with 3–7 years of experience in defense or intelligence business development, capture management, or military acquisitions. Proficiency in DoD acquisition pathways, advanced technical writing skills, and expertise in tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with Program Managers and Technical Directors are also required.
The position offers a base salary ranging from $165,000 to $200,000 annually, complemented by equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.
