The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation such as pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances, while collaborating with partners and team members on case strategy and complex legal issues.

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of Florida. A minimum of five years of defense litigation experience is required, with a strong preference for those with construction defect practice experience. Superior analytical skills and strong written and oral communication abilities are essential.
