The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation, such as pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. Collaboration with partners and team members on case strategy and complex legal issues is essential, as is regular communication with clients to provide timely updates and strategic recommendations.

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of Florida. A minimum of five years of defense litigation experience is required, with a strong preference for those with construction defect practice experience. Proficiency in drafting discovery and pretrial motions is necessary, and second-chair trial experience is considered a plus. Superior analytical skills and strong written and oral communication abilities are also essential.
