Senior Corporate Paralegal

The Senior Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Team of Bosch Home Comfort division, focusing on contract reviews, legal research, litigation support, and daily operational tasks. This role requires collaboration with in-house attorneys to provide timely and efficient legal assistance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing standard commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, distributor agreements, and purchasing contracts. The paralegal will conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, and assist in managing active litigation cases by coordinating document collection and supporting outside counsel.

Candidates should have at least five years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, a strong understanding of contract structures and legal terminology, excellent research and writing skills, and proficiency with document-management systems. A paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA program or a bachelor's degree is required.
