The ideal candidate should have over four years of experience in a Customer Success SaaS role, with at least three years in hospitality revenue management. Strong proficiency in hotel technology, relevant key performance indicators, data interpretation, problem-solving, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management software such as JIRA or Trello are essential. Preferred qualifications include specialized experience within the hospitality technology industry, particularly in revenue management, and knowledge of regional hospitality market dynamics and distribution landscapes.
