Spring Health is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of health plan clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating the value of Spring Health's mental health solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for client meetings and internal events.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary product expert and mental health advocate for assigned health plan customers. The manager will develop and sustain positive working relationships, consistently showcase Spring Health's value proposition, and align it with clients' success metrics. The role encompasses managing the entire customer lifecycle, from implementation to engagement strategies and contract renewals. Additionally, the manager will create and present business reviews to senior health plan executives, offering insightful, data-driven recommendations, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide key customer feedback and drive process improvements.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management. Prior experience managing relationships or selling to health plan customers is strongly preferred. The role requires experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue, proficiency with SaaS-based solutions and platforms, and ownership of the contract renewal lifecycle. Strong skills in data visualization and reconciliation to present key findings and customer satisfaction are essential. A deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health, is highly valued. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 to $131,000, complemented by equity and benefits.
