Senior Data Analyst, Customer Value
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence organization, focusing on the Customer Value product team. This team is responsible for matching members to providers, routing members to appropriate care, and forecasting utilization for each customer. The role is pivotal in developing a metric tree that outlines the team's north star metrics and the component metrics that provide visibility into key drivers and influences for root cause analysis.
The Senior Data Analyst will partner with the Customer Value team to build, maintain, and enhance reporting infrastructure supporting provider experience metrics and related KPIs. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and data visualizations that empower non-technical users to understand trends and drill into metric drivers. The analyst will also measure the financial impact of precision care routing and collaborate with the data science team to investigate major trends, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting across the business.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools, particularly in product and/or finance analytics. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data transformation tools like dbt are essential. Strong user empathy, effective communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are crucial. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, Tableau, or Omni is also required.
The target base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $142,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
