The Senior Data Analyst, Reporting will be an integral part of Garner Health's Reporting team, responsible for delivering insightful analyses on healthcare usage and member engagement with Garner's platform. This role involves developing scalable reports, conducting custom analyses for clients, and collaborating with client-facing teams to address specific inquiries. The position is based in New York City, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting roles, with a strong ability to translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions. Proficiency in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, SQL, and dbt is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a mindset focused on automation and scalability, with a keen interest in utilizing AI to enhance analytical processes.
