Senior Data Analyst, Spending
As a Senior Data Analyst in the Spending team at Chime, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling banking products that enhance the member experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to translate data insights into actionable product development strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading experimentation initiatives, defining success metrics, evaluating impacts, and providing strategic direction. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand and explain trends, fostering a data-driven, test-and-learn culture within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in data-focused roles, preferably in B2C product analytics or FinTech. Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with familiarity in R or Python for reproducible coding and automation. Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is required. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity are also crucial for success in this position.
The base salary for this role ranges from $133,000 to $185,000, depending on experience and location.
