Chime is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Finance Business Partnerships team, focusing on supporting the Operations & Member Experience (OMX) function. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You will collaborate closely with finance and business leaders to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime’s financial strategy.

Key responsibilities include developing, delivering, and maintaining insightful reporting to help business leaders stay within budget and operate efficiently. You will own and optimize the budgeting process, improving forecasting accuracy with advanced modeling. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to support bottoms-up planning, headcount management, and strategic initiatives. Leveraging AI and automation to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and improve scalability is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Finance/FP&A, investment banking, Big 4 accounting/advisory, or consulting. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience, specifically in building budgeting and forecasting models, is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to influence decisions across all levels of the organization. Experience with AI or automation tools to build efficiencies in FP&A processes is a plus.

The base salary for this role ranges from $103,680 to $144,000, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Chime offers a generous vacation policy, company-wide paid days off, and an annual wellness stipend.
