Senior Data Scientist, Customer Reporting
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Customer Reporting team in San Francisco, CA. This role involves collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams to develop data products that help clients understand the impact of Spring Health's services. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with occasional travel up to 25% for team collaboration and company events.
Key responsibilities include refining the Customer Experience Product Roadmap to incorporate innovative AI/ML capabilities, building analytics narratives that demonstrate Spring Health's value to customers, analyzing data across the member mental health journey to provide actionable insights, and offering thought leadership to evolve the customer data story.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in a STEM-related field and has over 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist. Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python is essential, along with experience in developing and deploying predictive models. Hands-on experience with dbt for building pipelines and Looker or similar data visualization platforms is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment are also important.
The target base salary range for this position is $183,000 to $205,500, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
