Senior Director, Analytics Services
The Senior Director, Analytics Services at Komodo Health will lead the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team, partnering with life sciences organizations to deliver strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Komodo Health's products, data, and platforms provide sustained, measurable value to customers. The position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of customer strategy and operational excellence, working with a diverse set of clients to scope, deliver, and expand Komodo's analytics and managed services offerings in an AI-forward and scalable manner.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end analytics services delivery, overseeing the execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across strategic accounts. The role involves serving as a senior pre-sales partner, advising Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations. Additionally, the Senior Director will own the managed services delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive customer product adoption and long-term retention. Guiding Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy to ensure customers fully leverage Komodo's analytics and managed services offerings is also a critical aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading managed services or professional services functions within the healthcare or life sciences domain, encompassing both delivery and pre-sales. Hands-on experience in business analytics within biopharma is essential, including work with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Real-World Evidence teams and data. Strong consultative instincts are required, with the ability to proactively offer recommendations based on customer insights and comfortably present to and influence executive-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-quality delivery is crucial. Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including the integration of generative AI tools into analytics or operational workflows, is also desired. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of coaching and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams, are necessary.

The company has a hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago, providing flexibility in work arrangements. The salary range for this position is $244,000 to $265,000 annually in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, and $212,500 to $265,000 in other U.S. locations.
