Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead initiatives with U.S. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Integrators (SIs). This role is integral to Anduril's mission of transforming defense capabilities through advanced technology. The Business Development team focuses on identifying and capturing new opportunities, ensuring that Anduril's products effectively address client needs and enhance mission outcomes.

The Senior Director will be responsible for generating and capturing business opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the existing and prospective customer base, programmatic and technical roadmaps, and the competitive landscape. This includes managing continuous engagements with current and future customers, generating growth strategies, and monitoring buying cycles and U.S. government budgets for opportunities. Additionally, the role involves growing existing business by collaborating with the Mission Operations team to expand upon current work and explore new areas of opportunity. The Senior Director will also represent Anduril to a broad audience, conveying insights that illustrate the company's approach to building next-generation defense technology. Furthermore, the role requires informing product development by translating client needs into actionable insights for the engineering organization.

Candidates should have experience developing and executing capture plans for B2B opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense industry, as well as experience with complex systems involving hardware and software. Proficiency in running active business forecasting pipelines and building and maintaining opportunity pipelines in Salesforce is essential. The role requires comfort with working in limited resource environments and the ability to set and achieve goals in a complex environment. Travel of 25–50% is expected, and candidates must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $292,000 per year, along with highly competitive equity grants. Anduril provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees, as well as income protection through life and disability insurance. The company offers generous time off, including a holiday hiatus in December, and caregiver and wellness leave. Additional benefits include coverage for fertility treatments, adoption, and gestational carriers, as well as access to free mental health resources 24/7. Professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance are also available. Retirement savings plans, including traditional 401(k), Roth, and after-tax options, are offered.

Anduril Industries fosters a mission-driven environment focused on innovation and collaboration. The company is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. Employees have the opportunity to work on transformative projects that directly impact national security and defense capabilities. The company values diversity and inclusion, encouraging unique perspectives to contribute to reshaping the world.
