The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-12 years of experience handling both offline and digital media, with a preference for those who have managed FMCG clients in top agencies. An MBA in Marketing is preferred. Essential skills include expertise in TV planning, working knowledge of digital platforms, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in stakeholder management. The role also demands persuasiveness, proactiveness, and the ability to make compelling presentations.
