Senior Director – Global Shared Services

G-P is seeking a Senior Director – Global Shared Services to lead the strategic evolution, automation, and scaling of its multi-product global service delivery engine, encompassing Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor, and Global Immigration & Assignment (GIA) services. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations, this role involves overseeing Tier 1 (24/7 Scaled Support) and Tier 2 (Regional Onboarding & Lifecycle Support) teams. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional leadership in Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue, Legal, and Finance Operations to translate operational insights into core product features and automated workflows, ensuring a seamless global experience for enterprise clients.
