Senior Director of Data
The Senior Director of Data at RVO Health is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the company's data capabilities within the Prevention business. This position oversees all data functions, including data engineering, data analytics, data science, and AI, and collaborates closely with senior executives and business stakeholders to define and execute a unified data strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of data leaders across various disciplines, setting and communicating the data strategy for the Prevention business, and ensuring alignment with senior leadership. The role also involves overseeing the development and maintenance of advanced data models, algorithms, statistical methodologies, and AI/ML systems to support product needs, as well as managing teams responsible for delivering results across a portfolio of products or business units.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or engineering, along with extensive experience across multiple data disciplines, including data analytics, data engineering, data science, and AI/ML. Proven leadership experience in building and managing large, multi-functional data teams, a deep understanding of modern data infrastructure, and strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL is also required.
Compensation for this role includes a starting salary ranging from $180,000 to $225,000, with potential for long-term incentive plans and bonuses.
