The Senior Director of Data at RVO Health is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the company's data capabilities within the Prevention business. This position oversees all data functions, including data engineering, data analytics, data science, and AI, and collaborates closely with senior executives and business stakeholders to define and execute a unified data strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of data leaders across various disciplines, setting and communicating the data strategy for the Prevention business, and ensuring alignment with senior leadership. The role involves developing and maintaining advanced data models, algorithms, and AI/ML systems to support product needs, as well as managing teams responsible for delivering results across multiple products or business units.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or engineering, along with extensive experience across multiple data disciplines. Proven leadership experience in building and managing large, multi-functional data teams is essential. A deep understanding of modern data infrastructure, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms, is required. Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI/ML frameworks, with experience guiding their application in a business context, is also necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $225,000, with additional long-term incentive plans and bonus potential.
