The individual should be excellent at linking unrelated data points to create new, actionable narratives for stakeholders and be an expert in creating and utilizing synthetic datasets to accelerate product development and AI model training. A deep understanding of data tech stacks such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift, semantic layers, and vector databases to deliver value is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) business models or monetizing data assets. Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements (GDPR, SOC2) as they relate to data productization is advantageous. Experience driving organizational AI transformation through structured data assets and prior experience in GRC, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS domains are also preferred.
