Additionally, the Senior Director will design cross-platform architectures connecting Salesforce (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM), Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI), and other tools such as Snowflake, Adobe, or Clean Rooms. Collaborating with engineering, data, and analytics teams to ensure scalable and privacy-compliant implementation is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Data Consulting, with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and Google Cloud Platform. A proven ability to define end-to-end MarTech architectures and integration flows across data, CRM, and activation layers is essential. The role requires a solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Data Clean Rooms, Attribution, API-based integrations, and marketing analytics. Excellent presentation, consulting, and storytelling skills are necessary, as the position involves leading C-level workshops and internal enablement sessions.
