CLEAR is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead the product marketing strategy for its consumer product portfolio. This role involves defining product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle marketing approaches to enhance adoption, retention, and engagement among millions of travelers and partners, including airlines, government officials, and corporate agencies. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with Product, Growth Marketing, Operations, and external stakeholders to introduce new products, features, and benefits to the market, ensuring they scale effectively and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end product marketing for CLEAR's consumer products, establishing positioning and differentiation, and developing go-to-market strategies across both B2C and B2B audiences. The role requires planning and executing high-impact launches, such as airport expansions and new product features, by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns. Additionally, the Senior Director will create messaging frameworks, content libraries, and project intake systems to drive scalability and predictability within the organization. A significant aspect of the role involves partnering with Product, Design, Growth Marketing, and Operations to influence roadmaps, unlock acquisition and upsell opportunities, and accelerate engagement and retention across member segments. The position also entails championing customer and market insights to inform product strategy and marketing investments, developing repeatable messaging frameworks, and owning performance reporting to translate results into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, partnerships, or program management within consumer, travel, or subscription businesses. A proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies for high-visibility launches and complex product portfolios is essential. The role demands exceptional partner and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal leaders and external partners, including those in operations-heavy relationships. The candidate should be a strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and can balance vision-setting with hands-on execution. Key competencies include strategic product storytelling, thought leadership in product marketing, executive-ready communication, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $200,000 to $240,000, depending on skills and experience. CLEAR offers comprehensive healthcare plans, family-building benefits such as fertility and adoption/surrogacy support, flexible time off, an annual wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships for employees and their dependents, a CLEAR Plus membership, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
