Senior Director, Professional Services
As a Senior Director of Professional Services at Celonis, you will lead the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of our Services practice. This role involves managing a sub-regional portfolio of customers and overseeing multiple high-performing teams, each consisting of over 10 Consultants and Project Managers. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, dedicated to enhancing business processes through advanced AI capabilities.
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for various verticals within the services practice, representing your sub-region in quarterly business reviews and strategic management forums. You will maintain accountability for the Services resource forecast, balancing cost, quality, and speed to ensure an efficient and healthy business unit. Additionally, you will drive the development of Celonis delivery assets and solutions, defining service delivery strategies for new products and acting as a sub-regional sponsor for global programs.
Key responsibilities include serving as the Services Project Sponsor for your portfolio, performing ongoing health checks to govern scope, schedule, and budget, and acting as the primary point of escalation for critical project issues. You will promote a value-focused mindset across the team, ensuring that every implementation delivers rapid, measurable ROI to address the most critical challenges facing our customers. Collaborating with Customer Organization teams, you will ensure comprehensive adoption plans, including onboarding and training, are incorporated into every project.
The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in Management Consulting, Professional Services, or SaaS Implementation, with relevant experience in the SaaS industry. Proven leadership experience of more than 7 years managing multiple verticals is essential, along with a track record of recruiting, motivating, developing, and retaining top talent in high-performing teams. Experience in creating and executing business plans with a 1-2 year horizon and managing a P&L or services forecast is also required.
