The Senior Director of Sales Systems & Data at Spring Health is responsible for overseeing the integrity, scalability, and effectiveness of all sales systems, revenue data, and go-to-market technology. This role leads teams across Sales Systems, Data Infrastructure, Order Operations, and Go-To-Market Engineering, ensuring accurate and auditable revenue data throughout the organization. The position reports to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, FP&A, Legal, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include owning Salesforce and the broader sales systems ecosystem as the system of record for bookings, CACV, contract terms, upsells, and renewals. The role involves establishing and maintaining a durable Sales Source of Truth, leading quarterly and annual CACV refreshes, and managing the Salesforce and sales systems roadmap. Additionally, the Senior Director oversees end-to-end order operations, ensures alignment of sales agreements with company policies, proactively mitigates risks through audits, leads Go-To-Market Engineering to enhance seller productivity, and manages the revenue organization technology stack, including a $3 million annual vendor operating expense.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience leading revenue systems, sales operations, data, or GTM technology teams, with a proven track record in managing complex Salesforce and revenue data environments at scale. The role requires experience in leading multi-team organizations across systems, data, and operational functions, strong executive communication skills, deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystems, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving. Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-change environment and the capacity to lead through ambiguity are essential.

The target base salary range for this position is $188,000 to $216,000 per year, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
