Senior Electrical Engineer (TEMPEST)
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in TEMPEST to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This role is integral to our mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The successful candidate will be part of Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS), focusing on delivering specialized engineering solutions to the Intelligence Community.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead EMI/EMC design initiatives for cutting-edge products. Responsibilities include evaluating high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs for EMI/EMC compliance, utilizing EMC simulation tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC considerations into product designs, and conducting tests to assess electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility performance.
Candidates must possess a Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP Level 2) certification and have over seven years of experience in designing hardware products for EMI/EMC compliance. Proficiency with EMI/EMC test equipment, comprehensive understanding of PCB layout techniques, and familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB are essential. An active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 annually, along with highly competitive equity grants.
