Senior Enterprise Account Executive, UK + Benelux
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive, UK + Benelux, will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts within the UK and Benelux regions. This role is part of the Weights & Biases team at CoreWeave, a leading cloud platform for AI innovation. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and industry needs to enhance awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key responsibilities include generating a focused pipeline targeting top accounts and sub-sectors, collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery, and managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to forecasted pipeline. The role also involves meeting quarterly and annual revenue objectives for the territory and regularly reporting on sales activities and progress through CRM and sales forecasting tools.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of progressive SaaS software sales experience with a proven track record of closing business. They should possess excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities, and be able to thrive in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels. A self-starter mentality in a highly collaborative atmosphere is crucial. Competence in leveraging value selling frameworks such as Command of the Message and forecasting methodologies like MEDDPICC is preferred.
The base salary for this role ranges from £105,000 to £130,000, with a 50/50 on-target earnings (OTE) structure, splitting total compensation evenly between base salary and variable commission.
