Senior Enterprise Account Manager
The Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Block will lead account strategy and execution for Square's largest Food & Beverage sellers, focusing on strategic retention and growth. This role involves developing and executing account plans that align Square's solutions to the evolving needs of each business, building long-term partnerships with client executive teams, and leading cross-functional internal initiatives to support customer needs and innovation opportunities. The position requires delivering recurring business reviews, identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and mentoring peers within the Strategic Account Management team. Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, consulting, partnerships, or solution engineering, preferably with a technical SaaS or payments platform. A proven track record of managing a high-value book of business and achieving growth goals is essential. Strong executive presence, experience working cross-functionally, high business acumen, and a passion for the Food & Beverage industry are also required. Block offers a market-based approach to pay, with compensation varying depending on location. For example, in Zone A, the salary range is $180,000 to $270,000, including target variable compensation.
