Senior Executive, Paid Search
The Senior Executive, Paid Search at WPP Media is responsible for executing paid search campaigns, developing platform expertise, and managing supplier relationships to deliver precise testing, media plans, optimization, and analysis. This role is part of the Media Management and Delivery Team (MMD), a global community of over 300 specialists across Search, Social, Programmatic & Display, and Ad Tech Ops, dedicated to accelerating client businesses through strategic partnerships and advanced digital practices.
Key responsibilities include managing best practice-compliant paid search campaigns with ongoing optimization, owning elements of the testing plan by proposing, executing, and evaluating tests, and preparing client deliverables such as performance commentary and weekly reports. The role also involves conducting performance analysis, maintaining internal data, identifying issues, and developing solutions, as well as supporting daily quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure adherence to established procedures.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid search, along with current certifications such as Google Ads Apps Certification and AI Powered Shopping Ads Certification. A solid understanding of bid management and core PPC technology platforms like Google Analytics and SA360 is essential. The role requires self-motivation, effective time management, operational proficiency, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous excellence.
