The Senior Executive - Programmatic at WPP Media will be an integral part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. This role involves leading the local programmatic team, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining the quality and consistency of work delivered to regional teams.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams, leading the training and growth of the local programmatic team, enforcing DV360 and TrueView best practices, and being accountable for consistent work delivery. The role also involves serving as a point of escalation, providing career development and coaching, managing direct and indirect reports, offering timely feedback, supporting capacity planning, and presenting effective communication across all levels.

Candidates should have over two years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. Experience in client decks, programmatic strategy, new pitches, and hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms is required. A clear strategy to build on existing businesses, competence in Microsoft Office software, and experience in agencies, trading desks, or programmatic tech partners are also necessary. Actual campaign execution experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers is expected.
