Senior Federal Materials Manager, Aerospace & Defense
The Senior Federal Materials Manager at Anduril Industries will lead the development and implementation of material management strategies to optimize warehouse operations and ensure compliance with federal regulations. This role is integral to Anduril's mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 52.244 and the Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001. The manager will also implement end-to-end material management measures, collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning, and lead a high-performing warehouse team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent work experience, along with over 12 years of experience in material management roles within complex engineering or manufacturing companies. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience managing supervisors, associates, or technicians is required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance and the ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA, are also necessary.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000, with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers.
