Senior Field Marketing Specialist
The Senior Field Marketing Specialist at Diligent Corporation is a pivotal role within the UK & Ireland Field Marketing team. This position focuses on developing and executing integrated, regionally aligned programs that generate marketing-sourced pipeline and accelerate bookings. The specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, SDR/BDR teams, and Product Marketing to support go-to-market strategies through events, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), and targeted campaigns designed to drive measurable impact across the sales funnel.
Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing integrated field marketing programs such as events, webinars, virtual experiences, campaigns, and ABM plays to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline, and bookings aligned with regional goals. The specialist will own specific projects end-to-end, encompassing scoping, planning, project management, budget support, execution, and post-campaign analysis and reporting. Additionally, the role involves partnering closely with Sales and SDR/BDR teams to align on go-to-market plays, ensuring timely and quality follow-up on field activities, and continuously improving funnel progression and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing or a closely related field, including hands-on campaign, event, and program execution. A demonstrated understanding of and proficiency with AI tools, with practical examples of using AI to improve marketing processes, content development, and campaign performance, is essential. Strong project management skills and operational rigor are required, with a proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and meet deadlines with limited oversight. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with confidence in working with Marketing and Sales leaders and cross-functional partners across the commercial organization. A commercial and data-driven mindset is crucial, with comfort in working with funnel, pipeline, and ROI metrics to inform planning, optimization, and recommendations. Proficiency with core marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike), plus a strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, is also required.
