In this position, the Senior Growth Copywriter will lead the development of high-converting copy for paid campaigns, including short-form hooks and longer-form scripts. Responsibilities encompass managing the entire creative process—from briefing and scripting to production collaboration and post-launch analysis. The role also involves partnering with designers, motion artists, and videographers to bring ideas to life, reviewing campaign performance metrics, and building a testing cadence for messaging angles and formats.
Candidates should have over five years of copywriting experience, particularly in performance marketing and paid social media, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Proficiency in analyzing data to inform creative decisions is essential. A deep understanding of platform-specific dynamics on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube is required, along with experience writing across various formats such as video scripts, static ads, and UGC-style content. Collaboration with media buyers or growth marketers to shape creative strategy is also important.
