The Senior Growth Marketing Manager at OneTrust will lead the company's global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, focusing on driving measurable pipeline growth through organic and AI-driven channels. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and is integral to expanding OneTrust's discoverability and improving site performance. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with a hybrid work environment encouraging three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with priority personas and regions. The role involves conducting keyword, intent, and competitive analyses to inform roadmap decisions and collaborating across departments, such as engineering and PR/social teams, to scale impact. Additionally, the manager will co-create and optimize search-driven content with Content and Product Marketing teams, utilizing AI tools to enhance research, drafting, and on-page optimization while maintaining the brand's voice. Monitoring organic and AI-driven performance, partnering with Marketing Operations to connect search performance to pipeline influence, and contributing to clear, executive-ready growth reporting are also essential duties.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment. A strong understanding of technical SEO, content-led optimization, and AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO) is required. Experience using AI tools to support scalable content creation and optimization, as well as working cross-functionally with Web, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams, is essential. Proficiency with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM is a plus) and SEO/AEO/GEO tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, and Profound is also desired.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $139,050 to $208,575 USD, depending on factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions.
