Senior Growth Marketing Manager (SEO, AEO)
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager at OneTrust will lead the company's global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to drive measurable pipeline growth through organic and AI-driven channels. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role focuses on expanding OneTrust's discoverability, improving site performance, and translating search and AI insights into clear content and web priorities.
Key responsibilities include leading and executing global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, identifying high-impact opportunities aligned with priority personas and regions, conducting keyword, intent, and competitive analysis, and partnering across the business to scale impact. The role also involves co-creating and optimizing search-driven content with Content and Product Marketing teams, using AI tools to accelerate research and on-page optimization, and continuously optimizing solution, persona, and resource content for traditional and AI-powered search environments.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy within B2B SaaS, a strong understanding of technical SEO, content-led optimization, and AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO), and experience using AI tools to support scalable content creation and optimization. Additionally, experience working cross-functionally with Web, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams, strong reporting and data storytelling skills, and experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM a plus) and SEO/AEO/GEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Semrush, Profound) are required.
The annual base pay range for this role is $139,050 to $208,575 USD.
