Senior GTM Strategy & Partnerships Manager
The Senior GTM Strategy & Partnerships Manager at Spring Health is responsible for executing and scaling the company's go-to-market partnerships by translating strategic initiatives into operational plans. This full-time, remote position reports to the Associate Director of GTM Strategy & Partnerships and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams. The role requires approximately 10–20% travel for partner meetings, internal offsites, and key launch events.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of strategic go-to-market partnerships, which involves launch planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination. The manager will drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful partnership launches and ongoing optimization. Additionally, the role entails developing and maintaining core go-to-market and enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, ROI summaries, internal playbooks, and training resources. Monitoring partnership performance metrics, analyzing results, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations are also essential aspects of the position.
Candidates should possess 4–7 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, business operations, management consulting, or a related field. Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-facing materials, are required. The ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans, along with strong organizational skills and the capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, is essential. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 to $131,000, forming part of a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
