Senior Human Resource Associate, Shared Service Centre - 9 month fixed term contract

G-P is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate for a 9-month fixed-term contract within our Regional Shared Service Centre. This remote-first role is designed for professionals with global exposure across EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. The position involves supporting professionals engaged on behalf of our clients and managing back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities.

Key responsibilities include supporting employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding. The role also involves preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and certifications of termination. Additionally, the Senior Human Resource Associate will organize and maintain employee records, administer benefits, provide payroll data, conduct audits, participate in continuous improvement of HR processes, and communicate effectively with professionals and customers.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment. A detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies is essential, along with basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region. Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in both written and verbal English, and literacy with MS Office are required. A proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset, demonstrated AI literacy, resourceful problem-solving abilities, and experience in stakeholder management are also important.
