Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud
Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to enhance the reliability and stability of its customer-facing, production infrastructure, which serves millions of page views per hour. This role is integral to ensuring the platform's security and scalability as it continues to support a growing user base across 190 countries.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing and evolving Webflow's cloud infrastructure, including compute layers, EKS clusters, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP. Key duties involve designing and maintaining a robust networking fabric, implementing security guardrails around IAM and SCPs, driving financial operations to optimize cloud costs, and developing AI-powered automation tools to enhance infrastructure management.
Candidates should have a background in infrastructure or cloud engineering with a strong emphasis on automation and coding. A minimum of 5 years' experience in operating cloud infrastructure in high-availability environments is required. Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes cluster management, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform is essential. Experience with multi-region or multi-cloud environments and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies, including AI, are highly valued.
